The Center Avenue Neighborhood Association (CANA) is sponsoring another year of holiday parlour tours in Bay City’s historic district. The first weekend in December proud homeowners will open their doors to the community. Allowing us to peek into the past and see how people lived over 100 years ago.
The homeowner of the largest historic home in Bay City, took me on a tour of his lumber baron mansion. Named the “Perry House” after the first homeowner who completed construction of the home in 1912.
